Other than that there's the SM2.0b/SM3.0 higher-end packages for correct HDR usage and the like plus the 19th package for full SM3.0 instructions but this might be a bit buggy for some. I would guess that the same goes for NVIDIA with the original 7800 or what it was detected as compared to the modified 8800 since it says shader package 13 and I'm fairly certain the correct one for high-end cards is either 16 or 18. I am unsure how it works for NVIDIA but for ATI users it will use the wrong shader package at lower detail and with a few errors.

I use the 4GB enabler fix myself to both make the game LAA while still being Steam compatible and also fix the 64hz issue, I preferred the stutter remover even if it was buggy for Fallout 3 but the current version is a bit too rough and requires modified exe and ideally would function better once hooked up into the script extender when it's released once a patch or two more is out and they can focus on incorporating it to the game without having to update to patches or hotfixes. This is the modified version that helps with ATI instead with images and the like for comparison. This is the original one or close to it with small changes so that it reads 8800 GS instead of 7800 GTX and in turn uses a better shader package file.

It varies, for me none of the D3D9 fixes do anything (Game runs pretty good for all mods and the like I'm using as I mentioned before.) but for others they really improve the game performance even with the above fix, I've been trying to find out why this is but it might be some obscure game engine glitch affecting certain systems/configurations.
